"Very poor service....front desk folks promise to call you back on an inquiry you made and you have to expect to never hear back until you call them back...This happened to me several times now. Ordered and paid for a crown in full in January and now it's March and I'm still waiting to get it done. My comments on how I want the crown was never communicated to the labs correctly the first time, to be exact they never reached out to the lab with data to get the crown started until I called 2 weeks later to check status of it. and finally when the crown came, it was looking completely opposite the way wanted it look. Don't ever pay them upfront for a service!"
