"I just love these people. Everyone involved in my MANY dental procedures have been nothing but friendly and professional. If they say I need a procedure, I never entertain wanting a 2nd opinion because I trust theirs. I think they could have suggested additional work to run up the bill but they never have. In fact, when I thought the easiest resolution to my tooth pain would be to just take it out, they explained the reasons why this would not be a good idea for me and got me on the road to where the pain is gone but I still have the tooth. "Recently switched to this office after I came for a second opinion for persistent and severe tooth pain. I was able to be seen the day I called, and it turned out that I needed a root canal. The office is clean and I appreciate all of the modern technology. Dr Anstead is thorough and professional and she made me feel really at ease while she talked me through the root canal and crown procedures. She answered all my questions and I never felt rushed or pressured. As a busy mom it was incredibly convenient to have a crown fitted, designed, and placed all during the same appointment. "Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable, but I waited in the waiting room almost 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment time before being called back. They apologized and said it was because of oral surgery being on site. But I feel like maybe they shouldn’t schedule routine cleanings on days that oral surgery is on site if it will cause patients excessive wait times."
