"Polite. They worked with me on my scheduling and insurance needs. They made sure I was numbed up as much as needed. Overall a good experience. They were who I was sent to by my usual dentist (she went on maternity leave) to get 2 crowns and some other work done. There were delays in setting up Sunbit with them, but good communication fixed that. HOWEVER, inspection and pictures by my usual dentist today showed that one of the teeth that the detist only put a filling in a few weeks ago actually needed significan work on the lingual side that he did not address and she recommends a crown. There was also a second tooth with needs on the lingual side that he did not address when I pointed it out. It begs the question of why they were not more thorough."
