"Fantastic experience at this Subaru service department. Skylar, the shop team member who helped us, was fantastic. Great communication and sense of humor! The techs were prompt at diagnosis of needed maintenance and texted / showed me photo evidence of needed repairs, replacements, such as: Brake pads, engine filter, cabin filter, etc. cost breakdown was clear and concise and fair. Mind you, not “cheap” but you are paying for technicians who are trained on these makes and models of cars specifically. The facility is top notch and very clean, and the whole process was well done. I highly recommend this Subaru dealership for maintenance and repairs on your Subaru! Thank you to Skylar and the maintenance techs at Olathe Subaru! I will definitely be using them for servicing my Outback! :)"

"Been to Olathe Subaru for service twice. Both times we received excellent service. Our second time we required a loaner car because the repair was supposed to take 3-4 hours. They had the loaner ready for us, and they completed the service on time… which is something we were not getting from the Subaru dealership we had been using for the past 6 years. Overall excellent service at Olathe Subaru!"

"Great place to get your service done. I wish they had more discounts or have comparable service charges. For example, a quote from Van Subaru was 350 for CVT transmission fluid change, and Subaru of Olathe quoted nearing $500. I wish Subaru in general have more clarity on fluid changes, describing clearly what fluids they put.. I for one have no clue to read the service done is Full Synthetic or blend or conventional. Whatever Subaru recommended means nothing for me. I look for details. Who would not love to have Full Synthetic fluids? Otherwise, fantastic place to get your services done"

"Amazing facility. I dropped my Subaru off because it threw an emissions code. I cleared the code, which in hindsight I shouldn't have done to make it easier for the techs to diagnose. Despite that they did a full emissions leak test conforming the system was in good shape. Kyle did a good job as my service advisor. They also followed up to address any concerns. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is due to some growing pains with coordination. I got a call to rate my service before the car was done. My opinion is that the team is still learning new systems and process as part of the upgraded facility. However, the commitment to taking care of the customer is there."
