"I own a "new to me" 04 Chevy Silverado 1500 manual transmission. My truck was not starting so I had to have it towed into a shop. Livery Stable was recommended by a friend. I called them and they suggested having Marvin's Tow (they are listed on their website) bring my truck in AND if I had the tow put on my bill I would get their pricing! So from the start they saved me money! The repair was timely, took a few days for them to get to it, the sign of a busy shop. When the truck got to the shop it started. When they called me I asked them to go ahead and do a once over to see if they could find the issue. They did, drove the truck several times and finally the mechanic had it act up on him. He ran other tests and finally narrowed down the issue. I know they spent more than 1 hour on diagnosing this issue, yet I was only charged the 1 hour diagnostic fee. They replaced the part and even tested it the next day to make sure it was running properly. The price was fair, especially including a tow! The work was honest and they communicated with me all along the way. We have five cars in our family fleet and they have earned a return visit since we only buy used cars!
