"Our ice maker quit working called Del's and they came right out and diagnosed the problem as being a bad water valve. A new valve didn't correct the problem so they installed another one. That still didn't resolve the problem so at no extra charge they replaced the ice maker. That still didn't resolve the problem so still at no charge they installed another ice maker which has fixed our issues. During this process a water line that was disconnected for the repairs leaked and caused water damage to our finished basement. They quickly sent out companies to clean up the water and take care of the carpet including with no questions ask replaced a TV that was damaged as well. This is a standup company and stood behind their work until they got it right. I have nothing but high praise for Lynn, Bob, and Kimberly."
