"We went to this place because I used to go as a child and it was one of my favorites. Which was 23 years ago. We waited 10 minutes at a dirty table because the sign said seat yourself and it was the only one available. No apologies for the table being dirty, more than one waitress I was sitting there waiting in a dirty table and there wasn't much effort to get it clean quickly. We were watching and she was too busy chatting at the bar. Tha specific waitress ended up being ours. She wondered why her tip wasn't too great, it would be because she couldn't smile she couldn't act like it was a pleasure to have us there. And we had to beg for drink refills. As someone who has worked for the public a lot and has worked as a waitress you have to earn your money. You don't get a tip just because you're a waitress. We did give her one but we're normally big tippers and she only got about a third of what we normally would have tipped. They have majorly change the inside looks of it, which is definitely not for the better. The wait staff was horrible. She was very rude there was no smile she acted like it was a pain in her but to wait on us, we had to beg for a drink refill. We even had to flag down another waitress because ours really didn't check on us. I had ordered the brisket and it was supposed to be shredded as it states in the menu however it was slightly rough. Salad looked pretty poor for the price of their food. Sad to say I was so excited to go there again and I was extremely disappointed and due to the poor service we just definitely won't be back again. When it's a nice restaurant near charge a lot for food you better have really good service. Because when people pay their know just paying for the food there also paying for the service and if it's supposed to be a nice place with expensive food and poor service people will not return. That's just the way it goes."

"We arrived a little after 6:30 on a Saturday night and the parking lot was packed full. Drink orders were taken shortly after we sat down and our waitress came to take our order after about 10 minutes. Service was a little slow but they were short a waitress and had a party of 20 in their back room so completely understandable. Chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes were hands down some of the best I’ve eaten."

"First time here and I heard this place is under new management as of 2 months ago.....I ordered the Philly with steak, cheese balls with ranch, & a side salad with ranch & thought they were all very good! My husband got the prime rib as recommended by the waitress & yes it was good, but this time around, it was a little dry. We also tried the Ribeye & it was very juicy & flavorful, we would also get that again. :)"
