"This was the worst experience I’ve had in a long time. The arrogant person that served me was indignant and a repulsive behavior. They made me wait twenty minutes for my food and proceeded to tell me after waiting they did not have the food I ordered in stick. I asked for a refund and that little girl that couldn’t apologize for their mistake didn’t process my refund. I asked for the manager and she said that the manager was too busy to help me. The worst place on Shawnee drive and definitely in need of several people being fired as they have no clue how to run a business. Do not eat here pretty sure they pick food up off the floor and feed it to you."
"I've been waiting in this drive thru for over 30 mins with the same two cars in front of me. First half was to wait to get our order taken, now to get our food. This will be the last time I come to this location cause no matter what my order always gets messed up some how."
"This place is always messing up our order, and when you try to call it’s always busy or no one answers. If you go, check your order before leaving the window including drinks. They messed that up too."
"40 minutes from start to finish. Got half my meal, was told 10 minutes for the rest of meal. I said okay, 30 minutes later I got other half. If they had told me it was going to be that long I would have changed my order. First half meat was cold, lettuce was wilted. Will not go back."
