"For months they have said their speaker is broken so you just sit in the drive thru.... fix your speaker so we can use the drive thru! Or put a sign that says it's still not working."

"TRENT the manager at this location is RUDE. I made a request twice and apparently he didn't hear me giving me extra cheese I didn't ask for. Then charged me for the extra cheese even though I told him I didn't ask for it. At that time he got an attitude saying "well if you would speak up!" I requested and paid for cookies I didn't get. Distracted with trying to get a coupon to work that never did (was not given the discount although the coupon was good) I didn't catch they didn't give me the cookies. The sign when you order requests guests to be polite to the staff... it would be great if their manager was polite to the guests."

"Extremely rude customer service when asked to put condiments they only put a couple and when asked to put more they get an attitude. I've gone a couple times and its always the same thing. Highly recommend going to the one on Minnesota instead! The staff on Minnesota always have a smile on their face, 100x more pleasant!"
