"If I could give zero stars I would. This store had gone downhill. They have a new staff often but it doesn’t matter because they are all so rude. I’ve been in there many times and it doesn’t matter what time of day they always have the impression that they don’t want you there. I came in once last minute because they were closing early and I thought they closed later. I checked the mall hours and they did not post any holiday hours. I came in to look for a dress and never again will I spend money here. I was made to feel awful the whole time. This is a constant issue. The majority of the time they are rude and unwelcoming."

"Just wanted to come on here to say that I came in Tuesday morning I believe it was and Kim (if I remember her name right) was super sweet to me when I spilled my drink she helped me clean it up and made me feel better after feeling awful spilling it. She said accidents happen and she genuinely seemed like it was no issue at all helping me clean up when normally you can tell the employee is bothered to pick up a mess. I just wanted to write that she seems like a really sweet person and I definitely will come back here :)"
