"me and my girlfriend were accused of stealing something. we told the workers that we didn’t and emptied all of our pockets and bags. they then said again that we stole something after proving that we didn’t and they called security on us. on our way out of the store the worker said to me “we stopped you because you look like the type of person who would steal something.” never in my life have i been disrespected like that. I would never… ever… go into this over priced, terrible service store again. AND THEN the worker behind the counter who accused us of stealing… flipped us off and blew us a kiss."

"Their refund policy isn’t clearly marked. I am pretty sure a store associate took my ray bans. I know I left my sunglasses and they offered no assistance in checking cameras to confirm and I called back within three minutes of leaving. Even if they did not take my glasses, it still wasn’t very good customer service/approach."

"Had an awesome experience today! First time bringing my out-of-town boyfriend for some KC merch. His birthday is on Super Bowl Sunday and he had his heart set on a specific shirt. They were out of his size but the owner mentioned a new box shipment. Offered to do his inventory quickly if we were willing to wait while he finished. We left with the shirt he wanted on the right size. Truly blown away by the local hospitality and we had such a great time. The products were so cool and unique. Thanks!"

"The best art gallery in Kansas City! It's slightly off the beaten path in the East Crossroads, but there's free parking and one doesn't have to deal with wading through a sea of people on 1st Friday to get there. Plenty to keep people occupied because there is so much space filled with the most amazing art. They also have really fun events, classes and an outdoor silent movie night when the weather is nice. Go check it out on 1st Friday or during their normal business hours!"
