"Yeeeeeahhhh never coming back here. Currently sitting in the waiting area. It’s been over an hour. An HOUR. Who has to sit and wait for a freaking hour to get their car vacuumed out??? No one helped when I got out of my car and I didn’t know where to put my keys so I just left them in the seat. They seem incredibly understaffed and also working very slow. Employees are standing around and socializing at times. I’ve had a whole hour to watch them and they’ve done it multiple times lol. I’ve also had many past experiences where they don’t clean the interior that well and completely miss areas. I use to overlook this because at least they would get it done in 30 mins, but after today they lost a customer!!!(: And I will let everyone I know to not come here!!! Thanks but NO THANKS"

"They do a good job. The $40.00/month, unlimited washes is a good deal. I do, however, wish that they would clean the wheel wells better."

"Beware! I took my van to this Charlie’s location for an exterior wash and interior clean and vacuum. While in the car wash, part of the silver trim on the front of my van cracked and flew off. We noticed the missing piece about 15 minutes later and immediately drove back to the car wash. My husband and I spoke the the manager, Jason, who admitted that their own camera footage shows our van driving into the car wash completely intact with no crack on the trim. Then camera footage shows that during the drying part of the wash, you see the silver piece crack and fly off. Jason was unwilling to take any ownership or liability even after he admitted that the damage was indeed done during the wash cycle. I will most definitely be taking my business elsewhere and will advise everyone else I know to do the same."

"UPDATE on 4/10/23: They gave me a call and provided a very sincere and kind apology. They offered to do whatever needed to be done to make it right. So they are going to give me a free of charge car wash and interior cleaning for whenever I decide to go next. I really appreciate them taking the time to reach out & try and correct things. I paid for the signature car wash and an interior cleaning. I was quite unimpressed with the interior cleaning results…Dog hair still all over the car seats, milkshake drops still on the inside of the cup holders (picture is after I’d scraped the drops off with my nail afterward), grit/dirt/hair/etc. still in all the crevices. Very disappointing."
