"Well, I have to give props for their customer service. A security tag was left on an article of clothing I bought- which meant I had to drive back just to have it removed. I probably wasn’t the most polite when I called to explain the situation. I mean, it’s a pain to have to return to have the tag taken off. Anyway- the manager was waiting when I got there and it was sorted out within minutes. Mistakes are made- but how they are resolved can be the difference between continuing to shop at a business or going somewhere else. So, I appreciate the quick resolution."

"I was looking for jeans but all I could find is skinny jeans and straight legs I looked all over the store until I had to leave and then I found them but I needed to get to appointment..."

"Nice location for the store. They had lots of things on sale for the July end of season sale. I found some clothes for work and was able to use my bonus cash. This location didn't have as much tween girl stuff as the one up north. They kept the store clean and tidy. The staff were nice and very efficient."

"I bought items, no problem. The day before we left out of the country, I realized they left the magnetic plastic piece on my pants. So obviously a few things, the staff doesn’t pay attention and you could probably walk out and the doors don’t sound any alarms because I walked right out without anything going off. Just got back from our vacation, and saw them which reminded me that I have to go out of my way to go take these and have that removed"

"I love old navy, you can get clothes for the whole family at a reasonable price. This location is messy and the customer service is horrible. There was a line today at the checkout and 2 other employees were standing behind the register folding clothes but neither offered to check anyone out. And the cashier I had was so interested in what they were doing it took forever for her to ring me up. This is a typical experience at this location."
