She yelled at a few people for trying on clothes then started talking to everyone else so inhumanly. I would never go back and I have spent a lot of money there and always treat everyone nicely."

"The store is uncomfortably warm, this has been an ongoing thing for many years as well as over crowded. I’m not sure if it’s because of inventory or because it’s just in complete disarray. And Not to mention, The fact that this is the only store in my area. I feel the inventory could be a lot better. I returned some merchandise bought online and was given store credit that can only be used in store when the better options are online."

"I’m only putting a bad review because of the air conditioning. I walked in feeling like it was a sweaty locker room and it was more humid than outside. Just walking around for 5 minutes made me and my friend sweat. I can’t imagine how the workers feel. Having a uncomfortable environment working for long hours must be so hard. And something needs to be fixed with the air conditioning. Not only for the customers comfort, but more importantly the workers who work their. The workers are so friendly and kind, they welcome you in and tell you about the deals going on. Yet I can only understand how uncomfortable they are just coming in for 5 minutes. I hope your company can fix this issue and understand that you need to make a comfortable work place for your employees."

"Stopped in for some jeans the other day and had a great experience. The guy working was super friendly and I could tell he genuinely liked his job. Led me straight to the Plus size section and asked if there was anything I needed but didn't hoover. Helped get a fitting room with a smile and then while checking out he was speedy and friendly. I love Charlotte Russe but going in and getting great service made it that much better."
