"I gave this a 3 because my previous visit on Sunday, Oct 29 was a ZERO and my last visit on Tuesday, 12/5 was a 5++. Oct 29th visit, my SIL who shops only at Chico's and Nordstram's was visiting and went to Chico's - worse experience EVER. Two people working, 1 younger hispanic gal with long hair was standin with her back to the register and to the store opening into the mall was on her phone - NEVER looked up, was never acknowlegded - nothing. My SIL asked her a question, she barely looked up from her phone and was rude as hell. We were there to spend money, and let me tell you we were ticked. The 2nd person came from the back - she was working back there - asked a question of the girl w/the phone and she was rude to her too....2nd person said "I'll be in the back" and walked off. My family - 4 of us - spend a lot $$ there, and we were not pleased...we left in 10 minutes or less. I vowed I'd never return to this store. 12/5 Fast forward to Tuesday - my mom is visiting and she wanted to go to Chico's shopping as she had rec'd a 25% off coupon. I tried to tell her we should wait and go to the one in Wichita, which is 5+++ customer service. She was set on going....so I grimaced and said OK. My mom is elderly, and very hard of hearing and kinda high maintenance to wait on her because she can't hear or get around very well. Yeah...train wreck, right? WRONG!!! Customer Service makes all the differnece!!! We walked in and were immediately welcomed and asked what can we help you with, and mom was looking for a specific shirt she had seen in the catalogue.... Mary Carol - I hope I got her name right, and the other lady who was dressed in the leopard, and had beautiful curly black hair.....WE A++++! they were so patient and waited on my mom like PRO's....they got her some water when she started a coughing fit....helped her find the clothes she wanted, it was PERFECT. So, mom and I shopped till she pooped out. We spent a lot of $$ and I will tell you.....those LADIES did everything they could to make sure mom could use all of her coupons, and still get her additonal 5% off. We ended up buying more because of it. Shout out to you cool ladies that workd one Dec 5th! That is the type of service Chico's has been known for, and if you aren't working I won't even bother going in the store. Lost and gained a customer in 2 weeks due to the huge difference in Customer Service."
