"I can not recommend this place enough! I am not the most knowledgeable when it comes to cars so when I brought it in and explained the problems I had, they were so helpful! They took it on a test drive with me and then got it all fixed within a day. Greg, the service manager, was extremely communicative throughout the process and easy to work with. I will 100% be bringing my car in there anytime I need auto service."

"One gentleman at the station took maybe 5 minutes out of his day real fast to help with a quick issue with our hood latching correctly, and instead of having the car in the shop for a day or more it was taken care of right then and there. So thankful for the help we received the the customer service provided."

"My son brought his car in for problems he was having. They charged $200 for diagnostic services, which I thought was high. When I told them that, they said "go ahead and get a competing diagnostic charge, and we'll work with you." We did, and found a diagnostic charge that was $110 at Brookside Rx. They dug in their heels and did not work with us on the diagnostic charge. My experience is that young people, and my wife, get taken advantage of at auto repair places. This place is no exception. I do not recommend them. (RESPONSE TO THEIR RESPONSE below) A Brookside 66 employee told me he would work with me if I found the same service to be less at another service center. I found a diagnostic fee that was significantly less, and you would not work with me/my son. This is a matter of integrity. After reading other reviews, it appears I am not alone. That said, the work being done to fix the car at a very reputable garage is less than half of what your quote was. Integrity + Way too expensive + Customer Service (condescension) = Not going to you guys, nor will I recommend you."
