"This is one of the worst Wendy’s ever now! We are regulars here at this truck stop. We have seen it go down hill since 2020. This has been the worst the last 8 months and today was the final straw. The food has gone down hill (cold,taste different) plus the order is always wrong! It’s ridiculous that they have raised the prices once again and it cost over 30 bucks for 2 combos. They already removed the DQ that was here right next to this so….. They need to do better for sure. New owners have now taken over all TA’s and it hasn’t been a good experience. Revamp and stop being greedy!!!"

"Not sure what they are doing but it’s not making food. Seen 6 employees but only 2 making food. Others are just meandering around. Took literally 20min to get 3 combo meals. Where’s the Beef seems to have a new meaning at Wendy’s."

"Last 4 out of 5 times i been here in the last maybe 3 months really bad food like room temp thats clearly been out for a bit, only one time was it hotter. I'm writing this review for people to know this last time i found hairs on my fries. No longer trust this location, won't be back."

"The young lady was very snotty when she told us "the front is closed, use a kiosk". I don't use kiosks so I left. I don't have a problem with them offering kiosks as an option but I will not be forced to use them. I'll spend my money elsewhere. I love Wendy's, hopefully they will get back to caring about what their customers want."

"Came in at about 830pm on a Wednesday and found the food and service very poor. Another driver and I both got incorrect orders and cold fries. They tried to say sorry and blamed it on them being to busy for staff but if they was truly that busy then the fries would be hot. Then they don’t take your order at the counter unless your paying cash. Told me to use the kiosk if paying with card. But you only have one kiosk working all around poor poor."
