"Used to be a good Sonic, absolutely horrible now. Last 2 times I've been to this place, waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for very simple orders. After waiting the first time for just fries for 20 minutes, I left. Second time, the wait was 20 minutes, and at the window, they tried to tell me they were short staffed. They should've said that at the drive thru speaker because I would not have waited. They were not busy, and I mistakenly gave them a second chance. Then the girl at the window was rude and food was cold. I will never visit this establishment again. Ever. If you can't hire people, just close the place because at this rate, you will go out of business and I really hope that happens."
"It doesn't matter what you order. They NEVER get it right. I have tried to get a hickory burger for a month. Last time, we got someone else's order entirety. If you use the drive-thru, check the order before you leave. If you use the app, check the order before you leave."
