"yall really need to get some new help in the ihop...today's date is 2/14/24 and time is 448pm. after over 680 miles today I planned to park here this evening and enjoy some overpriced truck stop IHOP but was quickly and without hesitation urged to just walk out before completing my order. I know some old white women, im white myself not racist, can be stuck up and ornery at times but the woman yall had working this evening, short brown hair and glasses, was not friendly in the slightest and upon taking my order, or arguing against it, basically gave me no choice but to get up and walk out and refuse yall my patronage. in the last 2 weeks I've visited 3 separate truck stops with ihop restaurants in them, 2 of them twice so total of 5 visits and I ordered the same build your own omelet each time. side of pancakes that comes with it, double cheese which adds 99c for the extra cheese, American and cheddar, and add bacon, sausage, and ham, plus the hashbrowns as listed in the 99c add on menu for the build your own omelet. not 1 single visit in my previous 5 was there a problem with this order, was always 15.48 I believe plus tax and tip and drink. the old grouch working this evening said she'd have to charge the hash browns that are 99c on the add on menu as a whole extra side which is what 4.99 nowadays because I didn't want them mixed into the omelet to make it easier to cut and I'd mix them in myself after I cut my omelet and add my ketchup to it...for this yall lost my meal business this evening and my 180gal of fuel tomorrow morning once my break is up...but what can I say, it's about what I expect for service just outside Kansas city..."

"Yikes. If zero stars were an option.... I gave one star because the server was....nice. The place is a nightmare. Dirty tables full of dirty dishes. Spills on the floor, and instead of cleaning up the spills, a wet floor sign was shoved next to the spill. Then, they SAT US at the only table with a nasty spill underneath it! Disgusting. The floor was sticky, wet, and absolutely covered in trash. The food. My god. The food had zero taste, except for grease. Grease is all any of the various foods we ordered tasted like. I could not consume it. Pancakes were thick, heavy, and had an odd taste. This place is really gross. Dont go. Dispicable."

"Ordered a cheeseburger, waited 30 minutes, it was completely raw, asked for a new one, waited another 30 minutes and it never showed. Finally just left after paying for the food I didn't get. This place isn't worth the money. I will add that the waiter was great though."
