"I've been there a few times. The first time was great. However, every time after that was horrible. It took over an hour to get the food, and it was cold. The waiters are okay – they're good people, but they're just not great waiters. If you get there before or after the rush, the food is pretty good."

"We were here 3 months ago & gave the place 5 stars for everything. We were excited to try again. This time the cod wasn't done. The fries were cold and full of oil. My husband's mashed potatoes were cold and the gravy was thicker than the potatoes. I asked for lemon in my tea 3 times (never got). The biggest disappointment was the full chef salad to take home. It was only half full. Mostly toppings, no lettuce. It didn't have the extra egg that we paid extra for. When we went to eat it. The salad was sitting in a couple of inches of water."
