"The foods always cold and there are a few rude workers here. Especially if you go through drive thru recieve your food , fries are cold ask for new fries, and they jus warm them back in the grease where they are too crunchy...got home and seen what they did called the manager and she was rude and mean too like it was my fault"

"Would be nice if they could answer both of the drive thrus instead of a single one. I sat there for a good 15 minutes with no answer as car after car on the other drive thru had their order taken rather promptly. Not sure what the point of McDonald’s version of Siri is to great you and take your order if your left there to sit with no answer. It’s really hit or miss here."

"Everytime I go it just depends on who’s there how I’m gonna like my caramel frappes I ask for extra caramel and get charged for it and they barely put any caramel in it like it comes out their check or something tf? They think this is what I want?? This is terrible i don’t even want it if it looks like this cause I waste it. It’s just CARAMEL you workers get it together when I say extra this isn’t what anyone would be wanting"

"Went to get food today at 7:20pm. I ordered a 4 piece happy meal and a 10 piece meal as well as a mcdouble. I explain to the order taker that I would like this fresh, and apologize because I know that it will take longer, but that I tried to go inside and was told the lobby was closed so I had to go through here. He said it was fine, and that he would let them know. I get to the window to get my food and they immediately hand it to me. Which, if it was fresh, should not have happened. I give them the benefit of the doubt and try a fry. Cold. Limp. Gross. Granted, maybe it was a straggler from the last batch and I just happened to pick it up, but given that the bag was handed right away, I'm guessing not. I touch a nugget and figure it's probably not fresh either. The girl comes to the window and I explain that I had asked for it to be fresh, apologized again, and explained that I did try to come into the lobby to avoid blocking the drive through. She turns to the other workers and seems to be explaining the situation and I see one of them tell her to just make it fresh. She asks me to pull around and so I do. A few minutes later they bring my food out. First thing I notice is the whole bag is hot. From the top with no food,, to the bottom. Odd. I touch a fry. Off to a good start. Fry feels fresh. I grab the nugget box. Feels hot. I open it, and take a bite. Stale. I imagine what's happened is that they made fresh fries (maybe they take less time than nuggets?) Then threw the rest into the microwave to heat it up thinking I wouldn't notice. Sometimes you're just having a bad day and all you want is some fresh food. I don't think that's much to ask for."
