"Order was wrong and when I called the manager she was short, rude, and not very sincere. I was there in less than 10 minutes to get order corrected and was met with a frown. The manager was again rude, would not apologize for the mess up and already had my sandwich ready when I walked in and when I asked about the rest of the order she made it obvious that she was being bothered. The other employee told me he was just there to look pretty."

"Curly fries were fresh and good. Roast beef piled high on the bun and that horsey sauce is great. Good experience."

"I doordashed twice here. They completely ignored me when I walked in. Not only once, but twice. The food took a very long time even though they were not busy. It's not nice to be ignored. They need a lot of teaching here in Harrisonville. I would give them zero stars if I could. I do love the mozzarella sticks, but with poor service like that I think I'll go somewhere else."

"Food is fine, normal Arby's. Just don't eat inside during the day. Female manager doesn't actually talk, only screams. MORE FRIES FOR ORDER TWO, DROP SOME CHICKEN, NEXT IN LINE!!! Such a pleasant atmosphere."

"I was the only person in line at the drive thru. 4:15 on a Thursday. For no apparent reason, They asked me to pull into a parking space to wait. I declined. The manager then came to the window and aggressively asked me “is there a problem? My staff asked you to pull forward!” I explained I did not wish to park and I would wait there at the window. Am I in someone’s way? Why ? She got even more upset at this and started telling me about “that’s how they do it there.” At this point she was irate so I simply asked for my money back. She angrily gave it to me and I went across the street to Taco Bell. It was delicious. Rude management trickles down to Rude staff. Eat elsewhere. This restaurant is managed very poorly. It was made very clear to me that she did not care about me as a customer. Apparently at this Arby’s “they have the attitudes”"
