"I stopped in here for lunch. The drive-thru was busy and I parked and went inside. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and observed a fairly clean restroom. I stepped up to the counter and the lady never acknowledged me. I wasn't sure if she was busy doing something else at the register or what. After standing there a minute I said hello and she gave me eye contact. I ordered a #4. Mashed potatoes and another individual side of black beans and rice. I took my cup and got sweet tea. I took a sip and it tasted relatively fresh. I looked around the dining room and saw about half the tables were clean and took a seat. I looked at my receipt and saw I had been rung up for a #1. I had ordered a 3 piece. There were 2 people in line so I decided it would be easier to just eat the sandwich. Maybe it would be good. My order arrived and I took it. I didn't see a biscuit on the tray and thought meals included one. I didn't say anything because the lady hardly spoke English and somehow took number 4 for a number 1. I sat down and my meal was good. I was disappointed that I didn't get a biscuit and that I hadn't ordered a sandwich but at least I received my potatoes and red beans and rice. Not too impressed with this location. At least the restaurant was clean and food was fresh."

"My girl and I went here and got a 5 and 3 piece spicy tender and they came as mild. Okay, no problem we will just go up there and correct the problem. So they cook up a new spicy batch for us and we get our fresh chicken and sit down.. it is STILL mild… Thankfully we got a refund but i’m still VERY disappointed."

"I visited this Popeyes on 5 Jan 2024 on my way home. I ordered an 8 piece family meal. I asked for all spicy pieces. I asked for mash potatoes and an extra serving of potatoes. When I got to the window, I told the older gentleman that was at the window how happy I was with the service since they opened up again. I would regret doing so. When I got home and took out the food, I found that I did not get even one breast piece. There should have been two. I got half spicy half regular. Not what I ordered. The worst part was when I started to eat what I thought was maybe a breast, it turned out to be a dried out nasty dark...ish meat. Maybe a thigh. I could not tell. It was so mangled and dried out that I really couldn't be sure it was chicken. The other larger piece that I hoped was a breast was also a mangled dried out mess too. It did have spots on it that could be white breast meat, but also had darker thigh meat. I'm guessing it was two pieces that had been put together and breaded as one piece. The pieces really looked to be rejects that probably got pushed aside all night until they got low and had to serve these to get the 8 pieces I ordered. I paid over $34 for what was the worst food I ever had served to me. Did the old crew from the old Popeyes return? Did they try to top their already poor service reputation? One positive I can give them... is the mesh potatoes were very good. I guess they can't screw that up.... yet."

"Chicken was Way OVERCOOKED and dry , the red beans and rice were luke warm , they even screwed up the order, glad I don't live around here I'd be complaining ALOT MORE. Tables were dirty and no customers were even inside eating and 1 car at the drive thru. The cashier could barely speak English to begin with WONT BE RETURNING"

"I've been going to this popeyes in Grandview for years. Love the remodel and change of employees for the better. This time, my chicken was bleeding. Sweet spicy wings flavor $5.99 was delicious but was fried on outside, not cooked properly on the inside that's a No No."
