"used the last of my points to get a chicken sandwich and they tossed it in the trash and took my points away and told me they wouldn’t give me another one because people were stealing food and claimed that someone else took it and I watched them throw it away. I was very upset about it but the manager didn’t have any remorse for me and had a very snappy attitude about it. not a welcoming environment, and blaming costumers for their mistakes and lack of attention to detail is very VERY unprofessional!!"
