"We went in to pick up food this evening we had ordered online and the person running the register was ridiculously rude to us and the other person in line behind us. They had even forgot some sauce cups we had paid for over the app but gave attitude when we asked for them. If they had new management recently, shouldn't they be training employees how to use even half decent customer service? Their attitude was so rude for the amount of money we paid just for a half decent dinner."

"Honestly my order was messed up, they made a medium when I bought a large pizza. Not a big deal really. I wasn’t in a huge hurry. I didn’t really mind that it wasn’t right the first time. They were very kind and immediately fixed the issue without a fuss or argument. Customer service was on point and they had a lot of customers when I entered the building. I appreciated the calm and quick problem solving skills of Cody and Jordan. The way they handled themselves shows that this store deserves wayyyy more than 2.5 stars."

"I usually place orders in the app and pickup since we live close. Never had any issues with this location, pizza is always great and ready to pick up by the time I select. Workers have always been friendly when I go in."

"I wish I could give 0 stars. As much as I hate leaving bad reviews my fiance and I have had nothing but issues with this location when ordering delivery. Our orders are constantly canceled. Last time it said they had no drivers so it wouldn't let us pay. This time we suddenly got an email it was canceled and that we should get a refund in a few days so we called to see why. Again we were told they only have one driver. This time the driver isn't even arriving to work until after the time that they deliver. They stop delivery around 5:45pm and she won't arrive to work according to who we spoke to until 6:30pm at the earliest. So we called the store back to address the issue once we noticed the time they gave was after delivery time and spent over 20 minutes on the phone with no answer so my fiance called back on four separate attempts staying on for over 10 minutes each time. Even once calling on a different number incase they were ignoring her number and still never got a hold of anyone and just constantly being on hold. After this time I looked up Google reviews and noticed that many others have had the same problem so I would not recommend ordering from this location."

"I was super hesitant about ordering based on reviews.... But I'm glad I took a chance. Everything was amazing, from the stuffed cheese bread, to the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and the pizza. The food was fresh and hot, my order was done super fast and the workers were friendly. They'd definitely get my business again."
