"I'm disappointed. I usually lobe this sonic and I came here today to get the famous peanut butter bacon shake and was told that they're out of stock or they haven't made it yet. Sad because this is such a great sonic. I'd advise the employees not to be rude about it. And I'd advise the manager to take it off the menu if you don't have it."
"I've only ever had 1 bad experience here before today (they forgot my marinara sauce), but today has ruined this location for me. I ordered my food and tried to pay for my food at the window. The total was $10.18. I had a $10 gift card and wanted to give them $.18 in coins. I was told they couldn't accept that and I needed to pay a different way. I had no other way to pay, so I guess I don't get to eat before work today."
"Got the bacon egg and cheese sandwich and I liked how much egg was on the sandwich especially when you compare the amount to some other places. The brioche bun was also soft."
"So I placed an order for a jr double and a DP about 2 weeks ago, when I got my burger the bun was hard and the meat was old, drive thru attendant didn’t give me my receipt of course but I called back as soon as I pulled off as work only allows a 30 min lunch so I had no time to go right back spoke to a woman that day said she took my name come get replaced. I call today to verify there is a new GM Shelly a man, told him what was going on he was happy to replace, but even though it was made fresh it is full of mustard and grease and a pinkish color, blood from the Pattie’s I’ve worked at sonic almost 20 years so I am well aware what it is I tried to eat but the 2nd bite I just couldn’t stomach any longer. I hate to do this but this is not acceptable you can make someone very sick. Please do better."
"I placed my order with no meat for a reason. I’m highly intolerant to pork and it will literally make me vomit for hours. This is what I received. The burrito wasn’t hot or melted, there was ONE jalapeño in it, and looks like they had made it with meat and then realized they messed up and tried to pick it out. A complete waste of my money."
