"I came here before and had a reaction to the pumpkin drinks. It turns out the pumpkin sauce is made with milk. Once the dairy issue was brought up the staff were very accommodating and they were willing to make a non-dairy drink for free. The barista even read the ingredients on the chai syrup to make sure I could drink it. Most coffee shops aren't very careful about allergies or intolerances, so this was a pleasant surprise. I'd recommend anyone with dairy issues to come here."
