"So I come here cause it’s close to work. But there’s never anyone at the counter and the self order is either always broken or there are no table placards. And then when they bring you the food it always feels like an inconvenience."

"Horrible customer service! I went through the drive-thru in the morning hours and ordered specifically a nonfat iced mocha. I noticed on the screen that it said whole milk so I asked the attendant if he had nonfat milk. He replied no. I said why did you go ahead and ring it up he told me I was being rude! If somebody asks you for a nonfat product and you don't have it just reply you don't have it available. Tell the customer stop being rude and trying to sell them something you don't even offer is extremely rude! I will never go to this location again!"

"The Hispanic women knew no English got our simple order wrong. When we asked to correct it she yelled OH MY GOD!!! Because someone told her in Spanish she got it wrong."

"i called the store yesterday because i accidentally placed an order at the wrong location and the man that answered was extremely helpful but when i got to the store yesterday and asked to speak to him the workers basically told me to take my food and leave. so i called right after i left and the man that answered said he was sorry for the way they treated me and to come in tomorrow. so i did and when i got here today. again. the workers were extremely rude and no help. so i call the store and there was a different man that answered and he told me “i don’t know what to tell you. they don’t speak english very well.” basically telling me tough so. this whole experience was extremely unpleasant and i am never this kind of person but i am extremely upset and will not be coming back to this store"

"These employees are questionable, I’m not sure if they just don’t care or if they don’t know how to read. But they messed my order up and forgot about me while i was waiting for my drink. The roads are way too bad for me to go back and have them fix it. So thanks for the wasted money i guess Do better"
