"I live on the road, and try to always seek out a unique location for coffee. Today took us to downtown Kansas City and the Mother Earth Coffee Company. We ordered espresso drinks and breakfast. Meticulously crafted, the espresso is more of a medium roast, and does not have any burnt overtones at all, it was delicious and satisfying. We ordered a breakfast croissant and also a chorizo burrito. Excellent flavor, and texture, and they were served hot and crisp. Plenty of parking in a covered parking ramp next door. Great vibe, and atmosphere."

"Wonderful coffee! Tasty and strong. I had a delicious pastry, reminiscent of a pop tart, but oh so much better! This is my new favorite place! The staff is friendly and quick. The store is clean and comfortable. it is much less noisy than other coffee shops. Parking can be a challenge, though they do have reserved spaces in the adjacent garage. Those spaces were full on my visit, but I did find reasonably close street parking. I can't say enough good things about this location!"
