Then my transmission went out, and i called shields they accepted the tow and even let me add the tow bill it to my future bill with the shop. Really helped so I didn't have to come up w high tow bill immediately, thank you."
"I'm sitting here reading all of these positive reviews and wondering where is this place? Am I in an alternate universe? Because my experience hasn't been close to positive, the young lady Melissa is always very nice and respectful, but my car can't seem to make it two blocks before I had to bring it back, and I hear the mechanic in the background yelling as if I've done something wrong after I had to pay $913, what should I have been happy that it broke down 3 times before I went a block and a half? Stay tuned they still have my car and no one is communicating with me , I'm keeping my fingers crossed"
