"If you need to return something make sure to keep the tags. They wont return items without them even if you have a receipt. The employees were not helpful and customer service is definitely lacking. Plus, They'll call security on you if you try and push the issue. Worst shopping experience of my life happened here at this store. Bravo!"
"I took my 8 yr old son shopping the other day and on a whim we popped into Zumiez to look for some shoes. Stu was super helpful and answered several questions for my son who is wanting to get into skateboarding. Not only did he tell us some things to get started but also wrote down a you tube channel and name of a skater to look up to get some more knowledge. Great experience and we found some great Vans on sale!! So glad we stopped in and plan to again!"
