McDonald's

"Walked in to 10 people waiting for their food. We ordered and waited 30 min. For our food. Customers told ithers it's a 30 min. Wait to others who walked in and they turned around and left. There was only orange pop and Dr. Pepper for drinks. I brought to their attention and she said..oh well. No apology or excuse why they are making their customers to wait so long. 2nd McDonald's we have visited on our way home from Texas to Iowa that service sucked. Looks like Burger king will win over many customers. We were going to eat inside instead when we finally got our food after 30 min we left. Your loss"

"Service was good from the employees. This is where the good ends. Took over thirty minutes to go through the drive thru. 30 minutes! I’ve been to this location before and it’s never taken me that long just to get an order of fries and a Coke. Finally got my food, went to get back on the interstate, and my fries were cold and they gave me Diet Coke which I loathe. I should have just gone to Casey’s. I won’t be back and I would advise others to avoid. Literally the only fast food for 40 miles in either direction but don’t fall for it. It’s not fast."

"Dine in - food was as ordered and reasonably quickly made. Facility was clean and well lit. Staff was knowledgeable. Plenty of parking and handicap slots."

"Tried to get food twice in one night had to cancel once cuz couldn't find a driver then the second time waited outside and was there for maybe 40mins before I get in and meet the chick at door to have her tell me the frappe don't work and got pissed when I said I wanted my money back for it and after complaining to another employee then got the money and pushed it into hand. And then got home to a red hamburger. This place needs to get better pol working for them that care about the customers."

"My recent experience at McDonald's was disappointing. The staff was friendly, despite being understaffed. However, the overall cleanliness inside was poor, with overflowing trash. The food arrived late, looked unappetizing, and was inedible. This was a rare letdown from an otherwise renowned fast-food chain."
