"I had myself, my husband and my daughter all scheduled for appointments over the last month. I went for my initial exam, had a great experience. Very friendly and caring. Then I needed a deep clean. I was told it would need to be done over 4 appointments. Was able to get them all scheduled before the end of the year as I am losing my dental coverage at the first of the year. I also scheduled my husband and daughter appointments. EVERY single appointment…all 4 of mine and both my husbands and my daughters have been canceled the day of or the day before. I get that sickness happens, but to cancel every appointment for 4 weeks straight is ridiculous."

"At fist I wrote a positive review but, after having to go back to re-cement a temporary crown three time in one week, I have lost all faith in Dr. Petersen's work. The crown fell out for a fourth time and I found a different dentist that used permanent cement that will allow me to eat anything I want without worrying about it falling out again. I even switched my dentist for the permanent crown work because if they could not get this simple work done correctly I cannot trust her with drilling on my teeth. HMO dental insurance stinks!!!!"
