"Dr Mark Woody and his hygienist has been an exceptional dentist. Good luck getting past the front desk if you have any disability! The front office staff reschedules appointments so often and that no one knows exactly when an appointment is scheduled. They choose to move hygiene appointments so frequently to fill the schedule it’s on the line of harassment the number of times that I am called! Front office staff Betty decided to be very unprofessional and yell at me on the phone when I asked why my daughters appointment was cancelled. My daughters orthodontist was the one to tell me the appointment was cancelled. She retrieved private information from another dental office without my consent. The information she received was a temporary address that was not given to everyone because it was TEMPORARY! I’ve addressed my issue regarding any address change or appointment changes didn’t come from me and all she decided to do was hang up on me."
