"Obviously our experience does not seem to be the norm, but it was horrific nonetheless. My husband made an appointment for tooth pain. His appointment was rescheduled the first time because they said they wanted to have time to do a “full evaluation.” Okay fine. Made a new appointment. At that point they take a look at his mouth and after five minutes say well it’s definitely your wisdom teeth causing this pain. They all need to come out, we can do it as soon as tomorrow. Okay….at this point we should have trusted our guts and gotten a second opinion. They didn’t even do a “full evaluation.” But my husband was in so much pain, we booked an appointment to have all his wisdom teeth removed. During that appointment they did little to nothing to control his pain, but we were hopeful he would soon feel better. A week after he had his teeth pulled the excruciating pain was back - they offer “emergency services” so we called back after hours, but never received a call back. Okay…finally they get him in and tell him, oh no the real problem is you need a root canal, but sorry you used your allotment of insurance for dental services on the wisdom teeth extraction so it will be $1000 out of pocket. Obviously we won’t be having these individuals perform any additional dental services, as they appeared to have committed malpractice in our case. Just a fair warning to those who may be looking for dental care that goes above and beyond a normal cleaning. Edit: my husband went to another dentist who he had an infection and questioned why he wasn’t given antibiotics as it was obvious. He was then referred to a specialist who said RM was going to perform a root canal on the wrong tooth. Like I said, maybe this practice is okay for routine dental cleaning, but I would not trust them with anything specialized. Or you’ll find yourself paying to have them pull teeth and perform root canals that turn out to be completely unnecessary. I guess they saw dollar signs when they saw my husband with four wisdom teeth."

"I had a satisfactory experience. The dental hygienist was very thorough and personable. I have much faith in Dr. Rome's ability to keep my 81 year old teeth in place. I did have a problem with parking, but I don't know how you can fix that. Overall, a good job!"

"This was my first visit to Dr. Pete and his assistant Cory and I was very pleased. Going to the dentist is hard but they had made it so much easier. All of the staff there are friendly, kind efficient, and knowledgeable. I was impressed with all of them and especially Dr. Pete and Cory. I didn't get new news...I do have a little work to be done. But, I left having a good time...which has never happened to me at a dentist office. I was kind of in shock for a minute. Dr. Pete is very thorough and easy to talk to and I had a great time talking to Cory."
