"I would like to commend Lindsay Pickle and her team. I had an awards rack ordered by family members as a surprise. Since they used my email, I noticed some issues. I looked at the return policy and realized the award rack cannot be returned and I completely understand that decision. By good fortune for me, Lindsay emailed me about my NATO medals and that only one can be worn on the rack. Since the family looked at my shadow box presented at my retirement where both are displayed it was submitted that way.
