"stopped in for a bite, the pepperoni pizza looked and then tasted awesome, grabbing from the roundie roo to get to work in a hurry, the store was busy but fast, grabbing a Mt. Dew with ice in addition, the staff seemed friendly as well. reading other reviews about bad experiences make no since, you cannot beleive everything folks write. being newer to the area of Smithville, was glad to see a Caseys, the competition sells pizza, but not a good flavour, Caseys for the win."

"Nasty!!! Bathroom is always disgusting, never any toilet paper hardly ever paper towels. Earlier today my coworker bought a cup of ice and within 20 minutes she was throwing up. My guess is it was filthy and had some kind of virus germs in it that made her ill almost immediately!!! Just a really nasty, disgusting location. I would not eat or drink anything from this location and beware of even using the bathroom!!!"

"There pizza is divine, never found better pizza anywhere else. the cashiers are always friendly also and the coffee latte's are good. I love that have peace peach tea, it's so hard for me to find it anywhere and it's so good. Also the store is always very clean. over all, suggestions included i'm a happy customer and do love this place."

"Service is slowly getting slower and slower, it's making me go to other Casey's. I want to love this one because it's so close to me, but it seems like 2 or maybe 4 people work here. Kitchen closing early, getting rid of delivery, pizza slowly declining in quality. It's getting worse and worse. It's upsetting when you place an order for pickup to get there 20 minutes later to find out the kitchen is closing for the day. *UPDATE* I have tried to give this Casey's another shot, I ordered pizza today. And was actually around 5-10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, I got there to find out they were still behind and hadn't bothered to call me. They said it would be another 10-15 minutes. I just told them to not worry about it, I'll find something else to eat. Reduced to one-star."
