"Place is clean, it’s nice. But the people has bad sanitation skills. I just seen a guy sweating with open sores on his face. He itches his face as sweat is dripping and continues to make sandwiches without washing hands or change his gloves"
"Food is good but always have to double check to make sure you have your full order. The staff is not friendly and when you go through the drive through they are whispering through the speaker and when you ask them to speak up they don’t. Not friendly at all!"

"I ordered a Thai chicken wrap, the person at the window gave me a Caesar chicken wrap and never said anything. We didn't realize until later she gave us the wrong thing, which was on the receipt as well. So they either didn't have the Thai chicken and just gave me something else without asking or didnt hear me correctly? I was so excited for the Thai chicken wrap and now I'm just not excited at all for this. Plus 2 sandwiches and chips are now almost 30 bucks for a meal im not excited about. Great."
"Worst Jimmy John's ever. I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes. Sandwiches came kind of quick and only one was messed up, they couldn't figure out the chips and drink though. Ordered unsweet tea, got sweet tea, gave it back and got sweet tea again. I gave up on the drinks. They wanted to charge me $5 more for the chips after I already paid $28 for 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks. The kid running the drive thru was noticeably flustered so I let him be, didn't want to ruin his day. After reading the other reviews of this place and being here three times now, it's obvious the need a change in management at this location. The employees at this one are not being taught or supervised effectively. It's by far the worst experience I've had at a JJ's all three times I've tried this location."
