"Stopped on my way home from work for a sausage biscuit 8:30 in the morning the biscuit was so hard it could have broke concrete and the sausage was ice cold since it was breakfast time I was expecting at least a fresh biscuit and sausage tasted like it had been sitting out all night"
"long wait time (around 15 minutes) if you order inside. all sauces missing. food partially cold. employees unresponsive. if you do come here, you are better off just using the drive-thru."
"The kid working the drive thru 9/10/2022 at approx 5pm was very rude. There was no line there was nobody behind me I paid with cash because we had been out at garage sales. He handed me back the folding money and a pile of change on top which from my low car and his height I couldn't see the change so when I grabbed it spilled everywhere he glanced at the change looked at me and shut the window. No apology, no nothing just walked away."
"This McDonald's looks nice, the building is new and updated. But the customer service was unsatisfactory to say the least. I feel that I was micromanaged on how to pay for my meal, to insert my card. I was told to hurry up by the worker, which was quite comical as the screen to pay was not even ready yet. The prices here are absurd as well. Get a breakfast meal for $10.18. (orange juice was 3 dollars). Go get a better, more affordable meal and better customer service at taco bell just down the road. Don't waste your time at McDonald's."
