"Pizza arrived tepid, soggy, and incorrect. Ordered Meatzza and received a cheese. Tried to call the store for a refund and waited on hold for 19 minutes only to be told there was not a manager available to help and to call back later. I just want my money back."

"I’ve always had the best customer service at this location. I order on the app and I guess the store was just closed when I placed my order. The app said they were open or I wouldn’t have placed my order. The manager stayed late just to make my pizza and even brought it out to my car. I will always remember that. I apologized profusely but she told me it wasn’t fault and it was pleasure to make my pizza. Since then, I still continue to have great service each time. Pizza is always ready fast, fresh, and perfect. They are our family’s go to spot when we are in a rush."

"GO TO PIZZA HUT INSTEAD. We ordered our pizzas online for pickup with a side of Parmesan twists. Not only did they give us the wrong bread, but this is what our pizzas looked like when we opened them at home. Half of the pizza didn’t even have cheese (pizzas were flat on the drive home so we know the cheese didn’t slip). We will not be buying from this location again!"

"Our pizza was burnt and dried up. We asked for extra pepperoni and cheese and there didn’t seem to be any extra. Our 5 cheese dip and apple dip was a thin layer on the bottom on the container the apple dip was still pretty good but the cheese dip was also over cooked. It was chunky like you can’t dip anything in it. We pretty much ate the Parmesan twist and cinnamon twists as our meal. I did call and talk to the manager and he stated he would talk to who made our order and issued us a full refund."

"Just ordered a bunch of pizzas for the family and they are all burnt and dry. Cheese basically evaporated. Even the pasta was pathetic one layer of noodles and so dry the noodles are crunchy. Absolutely disgusting. Need to teach employees when they pull something out that looks like trash they don't serve it to their customers."
