"I had never stopped at Starbucks simply because the cost of a cup of coffee was outrageous but I went ahead and stopped and tried it. It was probably the worst cup of coffee I've ever had. The beans were obviously burnt the coffee was extremely bitter and in my opinion a total waste of money. If you want an excellent cup of coffee by Kona Coffee at the store and make it yourself."

"I was in the drive-through, ordering my drink, and the manager came out the back door and granted really loud and was using the F word throwing trash away I get to the window and I asked the lady at the window if that was her manager and she said yes and I told her what happened. It’s just not a good look Starbucks for a manager to be cursing like that outside in the bag right next to where customers are at in the drive-through ordering a drink get it together"
