"My daughter and I popped through on a recommendation from my brother during Deer Season this year. We had the fried chicken special with some yummy sides. The food was great, the staff was super friendly, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. I happen to enjoy the small out-of-the-way places with character and local people who care. Facilities were clean and the staff was quick and courteous. We all agreed we'd stop back by next year, if not before... ;)"
"Food always great. Nothing fancy about it but clean. Staff works hard but still friendly. Acoustics bad, often loud, but nobody cares. Usually see friends."
"the food was good but the service is horrible, the girls that work there are too worried with flirting with the men rather than doing their job, taking orders and getting food out. the waitress I had only took my husbands order the first time and I had to chase her around to order food for myself and my son. we got our food and left. get better employees."
"Great bar, Great food, and I have really great memories with a friend that is no longer here from this bar. Holds a special place in my heart. Will be back for more again soon!"
"Was disappointed this last visit. I bragged about their chicken to a friend and we chose to eat there. Bad timing. Place was crowded and several customers came in. We were in a corner booth and forgotten. Served after an hour. Was told farmlands served first. Chicken was reheated and dry. Chocolate pie tasted like a thin layer of fudge. Other times food was excellent ..missed the mark that day. Waitress was overworked but polite, kind."
