SPIN! Pizza

"Marquis was awesome! We were a lot, with 3 kids and everyone talking at once, but he stayed cool and calm with us and everything was correct. He was very patient, friendly, and personable. Everyone working was very nice. There was a lady on her second day of training who seemed to be doing a great job as well. Food was exactly as expected, consistent at every location every time. Get the meatballs!! All of the gelato was fire, I couldn’t decide which flavor because they were all so good. Ended up getting Mocha, was not disappointed. This is my new favorite location, relaxed atmosphere, helpful staff, great food, nice area. Thanks y’all!"

"I don't even want to give 1 star it was so bad here. They forgot half of our order. Our kids had to wait another 10 minutes after our food came out to eat thier food. All of the tables were dirty. We had to walk up to the counter to get drink refills. The restaurant was filthy. They had around 8 employees, standing around watching TV while our drinks were empty, tables dirty, no plates given to eat off of. I have no idea why there is even an option to tip. What in the world would someone be tipping for?? As a whole restaurant you all need to do better! Worst experience. Should be embarrassed to be in the service industry."

"We've eaten at SPIN! several times, but this was our first time at this location. Our pizzas were made and cooked to perfection, the salads were fresh but too much dressing for our liking. Both had good flavor. What impressed me most about this location is that all the employees were working staying busy, attentive to our needs, and never once did I see someone standing around on their phone. For me, service wins every time."

"More chairs and tables than people. I think a lot of people take their pizzas to go, but if everyone stayed to eat here they would be sitting shoulder to shoulder. The restaurant is open concept, so there isn't much privacy unless you can snag a booth. Most booths have their own backs, but the one I sat at was shared by other people in another booth. It would tilt forward or backward depending on which of us was trying to get comfortable in our seats, so I doubt either of us liked where we sat. The side salads were crisp and fresh, and came out at the same time as the pizzas. The double pepperoni and spinach and garlic pizzas have great flavor, but the double pepperoni was too oily for the dough to pick up and eat. I did have to get the attention of a waiter to ask for some boxes, and the pizzas made the best leftovers."

"I've been coming here for as long as I can remember. All of their pizzas are made in a brick oven pizza, plus fire; because of this, the crust is cooked to perfection. They give you your sodas to pour, I thought it was cool. I ordered Rootbeer and it was a brand I wasn't familiar with, Stubborn Soda! We ordered the Italian Meatballs as an appetizer. The second I cut it open, steam rose from the little ball of flavor These are definitely made fresh, not frozen. My fiancé ordered The Double Pepperoni pizza and I ordered The Chicken & Goat Cheese pizza Each bite was warm and gooey. We're taking leftovers home!"
