"When my house suffered water damage and mold, I called Paul Davis Restoration. I spoke with Sarah who immediately put me at ease and came out to survey the damage. They sent Mary and Amber, two very knowledgeable and professional young women, to meet me at the house to ask questions about the damage to my contents. They got to work and quickly took care of everything. After they took care of my contents, the mold mitigation team met me at my hotel and explained what had been found and what needed to be done. Daniel and Amber got to work and kept me informed at every stage. The mold problem was completely resolved in a very timely manner. Now once it was time for the rebuild, WOW is all I can think! I met Glenn, the project manager, who between his input and Sarah’s advice, I have the bathroom of my dreams. My favorite thing about this team, and they all worked as a team, was I asked them to be honest with me. And every step of the way, they were! I never could have imagined such a beautiful design. Sarah has a way with design that made my room magazine worthy and Glenn pays attention to every aspect and detail and it shows in the finished result. They went above and beyond!
