"I’m so happy with precision! Everytime I’ve dealt with a technician or someone on the phone, they’ve been responsive, courteous and helpful. We recently had Gage install a new system on our three car garage and we couldn’t be happier. He provided us with 3 options, educated us on the features and benefits of each and I ended up selecting the more expensive of the 3 because it best met our needs. He never tried to persuade or influence the decision. When he returned a couple of days later to install it, he went through all of the operating details, explaining and answering my questions. I cannot give a more enthusiastic endorsement of Precision! Thank you."

"Gabe and Chris showed up super quick and I showed them what was going on. Gabe went over 3 options I had and was not pushy about saying what he thought I should get. The price between what I needed with a one year warranty on just that part and what I got which was for a lifetime rebuild on parts that was replaced was not that much of a difference. Considering something happened down the road I would have had to pay more. For the replacement of rollers, cables , bearings and springs and a lifetime on parts, service call came out to be under $1,000. In the long run it just makes sense. It didn’t take the but about and hour if that. In and out. Courteous and thorough and respectful. 100% recommend."
