"Just to give warning, I would never take anything back here. I got majorly screwed on my car, and we should be suing, and still may. All to say, my car still isn’t fixed properly, had over 26k of damage, and should have been totaled, and my car ended up having to go to auction when traded in. No one will call and update you about your car. They tried to send me home with my car once, and the whole underside and underneath we still scraped up and dented. They said they missed it. I was given the run around with them for months. Highly recommend going somewhere else. After it was bought out from Capital Body, it went downhill. I can’t express how much I wish I would have used somewhere else. I lost SO MUCH MONEY on my car due to them. I didn’t care to make a review because that’s how done I was, but my husband told me to make one to warn others so they don’t get stuck using them. My car had so much damage and still not fixed properly that it had to be sent off to auction. The dealership could not sell it as they said it was a liability."

"Had my car there from Oct 2021-August 2022. It was a struggle every time we wanted to get an update on the car as they either 1) never picked up or 2) told us it would be done soon but kept extending the deadline. After I finally got my car back, we didn’t even realize until the end of the inspection that there was a huge crack in the windshield that was never there before. We told the appraiser and said he will call my insurance and said he knew it was their problem. Flash forward to today, after multiple calls + texts and even coming in to talk to him again, my car windshield has still not been replaced after getting told he would check with us about it. We have not heard anything back from him. Worst experience ever, do not bring your car here."

"Went to this establishment to get an estimate to get a 2000 Ford excursion painted. Upon requesting for an estimate I was ask was it being paid by insurance. When I said no the person at the first counter appeared to immediately lose interest in assisting me. She ask a man sitting in cubicle to the left of her would he help. He hesitated, but reluctantly grabbed a pad and pen and walked towards the door. He did not greet me so I greeted him first. He walked out looked at the truck parked right at their front door and told me he would need to get a new side panel for a truck over twenty years old. When I said okay if you can find it. Expressing his unwarranted desire to do the work, Without even walking around the vehicle he just said “well with the inflation cost of paint it will cost $18,000.00 to paint since we will have to scrap off old paint and add a shine”. He just pulled a number out of the air. He Never wrote anything on the paper he held in his hand. Feeling his unfriendly demeanor I said okay and left. I would never use this company, insurance or not, to do work on any of my vehicles. I am working on getting my truck back to its glory days. This experience was a horrible experience. I do feel there were underlying factors (them assuming I could not afford to get the work done), however I am just going to stick to the facts. I wish I could have given them negative stars. They should understand and respect that Not everyone needs insurance to refurbish cars."

During this, they interfaced with the insurance company and kept me entirely in the loop. I worked with Mr. Jake Manning and I couldn't be happier with the service provided.
