"Hired them to fix my conventional foundation. Was told the house would settle again and they would come back to adjust everything and get house back level. Well a year later and they haven’t come back! Will not return calls! They got my money so now they aren’t interested in communicating!! They’ve created more problems than I had to begin with. DO NOT use this company!!!"

"This company is not reliable. They requested half the total payment upfront and began the repairs after the agreement start date. For several days no one would answer their company phones. I had begun to feel as if I had been robbed. The repairs were finally completed. Sinkholes began to appear around several of the areas where the digging took place. MS Foundation sent a person to our home to fill in the holes. Several months later we have the sinkholes appearing again. This time I am getting no response from MS Foundation. An employee of this company did call my wife and all but told her, MS Foundation was not coming to honor the contract they signed into. We opted for the Lifetime Warranty. And this is the kind of service we are receiving. Anyone considering foundation repairs with these people should thoroughly reconsider another option. Personally I would not recommend MS Foundation to anyone. After all, here is an entity that will not return my calls. Not even the first one. Instead, a single phone call was made to my wife. So now we have to go outside of our contract in order to remedy this problem which will incur more money going out of our pockets. Some words to those contemplating using this outfit "Caveat Emptor". These words mean "buyer beware". Will report more as time goes on."
