"I don’t know if they were having A really bad day, but this visit was just awful. I went in, mainly to get my dogs nails clipped. The wait was very long, which is understandable. However, when we got called back, there was a lot of confusion as if they didn’t know what they were doing. Whenever I spoke to them to try to tell them what we were needing, or ask them question about what they were doing, they interrupted me so many time. Needless to say, I was very disappointed.They only clipped one of my dog nails, and the other dog they could not handle. Why, they didn’t give sedative to my larger dog before clipping nails is beyond me because I called them beforehand and told them that was my purpose and that I would be there at 1:30. They could have given my dog the sedative while we were waiting to be called back for a whole hour. It was just an awful visit, and the vet on site was not very friendly and he did not listen to me or answer my questions related to my concerns for my dogs. Very very bad energy in this place. The receptionist however was very nice."
