Walmart Supercenter

"It's the worst purchased a 3 year battery 4 months ago. It went dead. Took it to the store to exchange it. They would not honor the warranty. Had to call Corp. Office. After an hour passed and others came in with the same problem and their batteries were exchanged. I told them I would get a battery from Auto Zone and contact the attorney general and see them in small claims court. This manager, Kevin, the one that cause all the havoc in the first place. apologize after wasting a 1/12 of my time. While talking to attorney general, on one line & corp. on the other. Never again buy a battery from them. they are crocks and have poor customer service. Kevin has no business being over no department. He stupid and rude."

"Hate waiting in long lines for no reason. Why they have 5 lines for spark drivers and none were there checking out. All of the regular lines were 3 deep! I don't understand the business."

"Where is the negative star button? So, I was in the "Outdoors Services" section. I walk up to the counter and there is a guy in front of me, and an older gentleman behind the counter. The older gentleman associate finishes his sale to the guy in front of me. I move up to the counter because I also would like to purchase something that is in a locked case. He looks at me, turns around, puts a box of ammo back in the case, locks it, and then walks away. He leaves the department completely. So I am thinking to myself "You've got to be kidding me right". Well, I stand there for about 20-25 minutes hoping someone will show up. It doesn't happen, so I start mashing this button that I have pictured here. I do this every 5 minutes for about another 20-25 minutes. No one shows up at all. So I go hunt me down an associate, describe to her what has happened and request some help in that department. She called her manager on the phone, and relayed the request. After an additional 15 minutes of waiting, I just got pissed off and walked out. I'd take your purchases elsewhere if you can folks. These people don't give a damn."

"Brianna in the pickup department was extremely helpful helping me get checked in as an alternate pick up person. She was friendly, fast, knowledgeable. She is certainly a valued employee."

"Very clean, stocked store. We usually have to go to the Super Wal-Mart to get my husband's cereal, but this neighborhood market location carries it. They have a wider selection of products and food. Employees friendly and eager to assist you. I love a retail store that's clean and stocked and the employees nice and friendly, informative, and eager to help. I highly recommend this location to anyone especially if you're in the area."
