"No chilled coffee creamer despite at least two dispensers and lots of advertising. No stir sticks. Had to go to three different cup stations before I found one that actually had lids. I didn't even want to shop this location anymore after the lack of care that went into their coffee station."

"This is the worst kind of truck service shop I have been to. The service manager here really needs some retraining program. I sat in this shop and witnessed this guy have problems with two customers who were before me. I thought it must be a one off thing. Lo behold when it got to my turn, I was handed a bill for $639.87 to replace a wheel seal. It turned out they replaced my brake shoes and hardware as well. My problem is: how long does it take for them to inform the customer of changes to service that he or she asked to be performed on their vehicles. This dude had the audacity to tell me I should have known before coming to their facility for repairs. What then happens if I did not have the funds to pay for this unauthorized service? I know the management of Loves know better. We can’t keep having these daylight robbers pin unauthorized repairs on us just to boost up their numbers? This is very unacceptable."

"Nice place, clean, good gas prices. Please keep dog park in better condition. No poop bags, tall grass and Uhaul van was parked right in front of the entrance leaving three feet to squeeze by to the entrance the whole night (1 hour parking BTW)."

"Wow this loves was amazing, from shop to store to bathroom. Clean . Fresh food at Chester's. Everyone professional. Big smiles Shop was clean and organized. Shop crew was very nice. I listen to the man at Shop desk and he treats everyone with patience . He explains whats going on. I'm very happy I stopped her"

"Really good truck stop that doesn't seem overly busy. There are lots of spots to stop and sleep without being disturbed at all. The interior is clean and the staff were friendly. The gas prices are comparatively cheap which also help a lot. Would stay here any given night"
